Our experienced customer service representatives are available to answer your questions. Whether you need to inquire about a product or service, check order status, have a accounting question or just want some friendly business advice, we make it our goal to support your needs to the very best of our ability.

Returns: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your selection. Should you need to return a product for any reason, please submit your request by email within 5 business days of delivery for food/beverage product and 30 days for all other items.  All returns must be authorized with one of our Customer Service Representatives. We do not accept perishable or used item returns. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Payment Terms: We request that payment for all invoices adhere to the specified account terms. All COD orders require full payment upon delivery of product. Accounts not paid within specified terms are subject to a 3% monthly finance charge. We offer extended payment options upon credit approval.

Local Delivery: We provide free delivery services throughout western WA and northern OR. Our trucks follow select delivery routes each day according to our standard weekly delivery schedule. Please refer to our weekly delivery schedule to determine when we are in your area and the corresponding order receiving times.

Shipping: While NWCS remains primarily a local delivery service company, we do offer some limited common carrier shipping options. Please contact us should you wish to receive direct shipping and we will provide you with custom pricing information. Due to our limited delivery schedule, we can also ship items direct to ensure delivery outside of our normal delivery days. Additional shipping fees may apply for this service.

Equipment Warranties: As a certified dealer of many major foodservice equipment brands, we want to ensure you receive the very best support and tech services for your purchase. We work closely with all our manufactures to ensure you receive full warranty guarantees. NW Coffee Supply does not offer any extended in-house warranty services and technical support requests are referred to the original manufacturer.
