Domestic US Shipping
Northwest Coffee Supply provides full domestic US shipping through FedEx Ground carrier service. In an effort to provide you with the most competitive shipping rates possible, our system automatically calculates the best shipping price for your order(s). We use FedEx Ground for all our delivery service solutions. The average delivery time ranges from 2-5 business days (not a guaranteed time frame) after our standard 24-48hr processing requirement. Should your purchase arrive to you damaged or if you are not completely satisfied with your selection, please refer to our Credits & Returns policy to learn more. Cold Holding & Perishable
We do not ship cold holding or highly perishable items (expires within 5 days) at this time. This includes but not limited to dairy products, frozen foods, non-frozen baked goods, refrigerated deli items etc. Items that do not qualify for domestic shipping will be removed from your order and shipping charges adjusted accordingly.
Equipment & Oversize Shipments
Online shipping charges are estimated and do not account for multiple packages, oversize items or insurance requirements. Final shipping charges for oversize purchases will be calculated when your order has been processed. Should there be a significant increase in shipping costs, your order will be held and one of our Customers Service representatives will contact you to discuss options. Should your selection require palatalization, weighs in excess of 70lbs, or measures more than 72 inches, the shipment will require a freight carrier. A large commercial semi-trailer will be required for delivery and either a loading dock, forklift or lift gate service will be needed. Should your purchase require any of these special delivery options, we will contact you to determine the best possible solution for your needs.
NOTICE: By choosing to utilize our FedEx Shipping service, you release Northwest Coffee Supply from responsibility for delayed shipments and loss in excess of $100. Insurance in excess of $100 should be requested at the time of purchase by contacting one of our Customer Service Representatives. The receiver is responsible for additional insurance costs. The receiver is also responsible to file an insurance claim with FedEx. All shipments are EX Works and Northwest Coffee Supply is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Please note that weather, natural disasters and other uncontrollable events can interrupt FedEx transportation flow. Shipments delayed due to an uncontrollable event are not eligible for a refund or credit under the FedEx money-back guarantee policy.
You may request to pickup your order directly from our Fulfillment Center by selecting “Will-Call” at checkout. All will-call orders must be submitted by 12pm, two business days before you plan to pickup.
