The Hot Buttered Yam is our answer to the PSL. We use real yams and black tea sweetened with caramelized maple bourbon to make this fall time favorite. To prepare: mix one part milk of choice and one part concentrate, heat, then top with our Maldon Chocolate Cinnamon Salt.
