Mythos Barista Low RPM Espresso Grinder is the same high quality as the Mythos Basic with a few exceptions. The Barista Model has 83 mm flat burrs that are titanium coated which is the same as the Mythos Plus. The major advantage of this grinder is the low RPM motor. The lower the RPM’s, the less heat that is generated while grinding during during busy times. When burrs get hot while grinding they can change the profile of your coffee and affect the taste.
